me that my son Died on the 6th April 1865 and that he tried in the Civil Hospital, that His but standing Accounts there was

twenty Eight dollars and twenty Eight Cents which was paid into the Police

treasury. I wishful to let Captain Quinn know that I claimed My sons medals that he was Entitled to as John Walls served in the 44th Regt.
